Yip, I'm a happy customer. My only wish is that they blocked a little bit more email. The complete lack of any sort of learning system for users to fine tune is a disapointment considering the price of these things.

So everyone still needs to run something in their email program to manage the spam that makes it through the IronPort.

But as I said, I'm very happy with the product and would (and have!) buy them again.

Ok - you've had IronPort in place for a few months now. I'm wondering if you've had any issues, what with Cisco taking over, etc.
Bottom line - are you a happy customer?

yeah they are easy to setup and maintain. we've gone from having 6 linux systems to 2 ironports.

i used to have to get up each morning to check on the AV/AS software we had before to see whether it had crashed/quarantined everything etc.

now we hardly ever look at them - unless just to view the stats for the monthly report.

I agree with you 110% on the simplicity and ease of use for IronPort products. I have worked with pretty much every single model they have including C10/100/30/60/300/600 and found all of them so easy to configure that production switchover is a breeze.
IronPort products simply over run every single email security appliance that is out there.
