MacBook Pro matte / glossy option!

I’m not sure when this happened or how I missed it, but it makes a whole lot of sense. You can now order your MacBook Pro with the “traditional” low-glare matte screen or with the shiney new glossy screen. Cool!

Smart. Why not give your best customers the choice, afterall?

I thought I’d hate the glossy screen, but my Nintendo DS Lite and brief use of a friend’s MacBook have changed my mind. Lush colours are addictive.

Glossy sucks! I used a 12″ PowerBook for years, moved to the 13″ MacBook and while I loved the machine, I hated the glossy screen.

Now I am happy on a new previous-generation MacBook Pro with the matte screen.
