Have been trying out the Helix editor before teaching the kid about modal editors. It’s almost impossible for me to break my vim key binding muscle memory.. but I think for him, it might be a more intuitive “first contact” to modal editors. Anyhow, couldn’t find a cheatsheet to print out for him, but Nano Banana made one that is worth sharing.
